Company Introduction

Shandong Golden Rainbow Law Firm, established in 1984, used to be the previous Tai’an Law Advisory Office. In 1990 it altered its name to Tai’an Law Firm. The present name was approved by the National Ministry of Justice in 1999. In 2000 it became a cooperative firm, managed by the company. So far, it has become a major firm in Tai’an.

At present, there are 7 advanced lawyers, 7 intermediate lawyers, 16 elementary lawyers, and a part time professor. There are 12 Chinese Communist Party members, a ‘Chinese Association of The Revolution’ Committee member, a provincial Chinese Peoples Political Consultative conference member, 2 Kuomintang Party members. It occupies 1160 square meters. It owns 5 departments including, civil, crime, real estate, business affairs, and an office. Most of the principal lawyers graduated from famous domestic universities such as, University of Politics and Law, the Political and Law Institute of East China, Northwest Political and Law Institute, Central South Political and Law Institute, the Law Courtyard of Tsinghua University and the law Courtyard of Shandong University. Many of them have obtained degrees as law scholars, double scholars or jurist masters.

The scope of its business includes companies, finance, bond, real estate, foreign affairs, intellectual property, investment, environmental protection family marriage, and criminal defense or agency, as well as administration reconsideration and claim, office, enterprise or business unit, and private legal advise. In 1997 it was awarded the distinction of being the only qualified unit in Tai’an of law business concerning bond, national large and medium-sized projects, restructuring of enterprise by China bond committee, State Development and Planning Commission, Ministry of Justice, Province Commission for Economic Restructuring and Judicial Hall. It has undertaken a huge contribution to the economic construction, especially the reforming of state enterprises, enterprises share-holding system transformation, and equity transformation.
